Shipping policy

Ready to ship items ship in 2-4 business days and packages usually go out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Made to order products ship in 14-21 business days. Please check your items description for more details. 

As stated in our refund policy, you must make sure that your address is correct because we will not offer refunds or replacements for delivered items. It is your responsibility to check on the tracked shipping of your item and correspond with your local post office if there are any issues. 

If an international package gets returned to us please make sure to send us an email if we have not already reached out to you to make sure we can send you your item without more address difficulties. 

Made to order items can take up to 4 weeks to ship. The made to order production system allows us to reduce waste and distribute labor fairly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
