Refund policy
All sales are final. We are not responsible for parcels once they are shipped from our facilities. We do not cover the customs fees for international orders, please make sure to check your own country's policies and fees before purchase. If you are ordering internationally, we recommend inputting your phone number to prevent possible delays.
Please make sure you have input the correct address, as we will not offer refunds or replacements for delivered items. If you need to make an address change please email contact@harlothands.com.

If there are any problems with your pieces, or if they break due to production misstep, we will repair them for free. Just reach out to contact@harlothands.com and we will get it fixed for you:) If accidents happen due to customer error, we will repair them minus the cost of shipping.
