All sales are final with free US shipping. International shipping calculated at checkout. Please confirm your address upon checkout because we are not responsible for shipping mishaps.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for made to order items to ship. We are a small team of two people and everything is handmade and managed by us.
One off items ship within 1-4 business days.
Domestic orders take about 3-5 business days upon fulfillment while international orders can take up to 30 business days. Expect delays due to COVID-19.
Necklaces: Avoid contact with water and cosmetics to maintain condition, especially if they include vintage components. Necklaces with only stainless steel and 925 silver components are water safe but may require more polishing. Handle with care, do not pull or tug or haphazardly place your piece in places that expose it to danger. Take off before sleeping and showering. Place in provided pouch when not wearing, and wipe pearls after wear to prevent buildup.
A method to restore necklaces is using aluminum foil and baking soda.
Pendants and Rings: Polish with polishing compound and soft microfiber cloth or just warm water and soap to restore luster.

Please note that vintage items may show signs of wear, and their components can't be completely known. Do not purchase if you have metal allergy unless the item material does not contain vintage component.
Original harlot hands handmade rings and pendants are sharp objects and should be worn carefully and with caution as it can be dangerous if handled incorrectly. Handle with care. Suggested to be worn after putting clothes on. Be wary of hand holding and hand shaking with rings.
For one off rings and pendants (does not apply to 925 silver) soft metals are malleable - press claws down with pliers or against a hard surface like a table if they move.
